Computer system should be placed in the building with high security. It should not easily accessible to anyone as computer contains important data.
If computer systems are stolen then it may cost more because they also
involve the cost of replacing the lost data, the cost of installing new
machines and training people to use them. So computers must be kept in
building with restricted access. Alarms, security lighting and
closed-circuit television cameras etc should be installed.
